My mission is to hold compassionate space for individuals in which to explore their inner selves, cultivate deeper self-love, and embrace transformational growth.
About Me
For several decades, I had a fulfilling career working in California K-12 education, then later in global education, in a variety of roles. In collaboration with so many talented teams, I was fortunate to co-create and co-implement many enriching opportunities for students and educators alike.
In 2012, I lived through a challenging experience which became a catalyst for my spiritual awakening . . . and changed the course of my life. Intensely curious, and still operating as an educator in my day job, I concurrently began a years-long, passionate pursuit into spirituality. As an accomplished “doer” for most of my life, it was only in my late 40s when I discovered the value, and art, of “being”. In addition to adopting a variety of practices of going within (daily meditation, yin yoga), spending more time in nature, making conscious choices about my media consumption, and placing high importance on the vibration I was holding and emanating, I also began the work of becoming aware of, healing and transmuting the many limiting patterns of behavior and beliefs that I'd accumulated over my lifetime.
Then in 2023, I discovered the Soul Integration™ process after taking a Thrive course offered by The THEO Group, Inc. A practitioner at heart, I spent more than a year working intensely with this process myself to examine whether it might have a positive effect in my life. What I discovered was that my life was becoming smoother. While I still encountered challenging situations, I was feeling less triggered by them as I was starting to release old, limiting beliefs. I found myself less reactive and more responsive, and more often than not able to observe challenges as a learning opportunities rather than feeling a victim. In essence, I was feeling better, more peaceful, more aligned. It was then that I said “yes” to the inner stirrings in my heart, choosing to support others who too found themselves ready embark on a similar journey and who might benefit from a helping hand.
I am now Soul Integration Certified by The THEO Group, Inc. to use the Soul Integration™ process in my work with others. Utilizing this process, I hold space for individuals to recognize and heal long-held limiting beliefs and cultivate greater self-acceptance and self-love. I am honored to support those who are ready to transform their own lives via this powerful process.
